We (Dewsbury Auto Salvage Ltd) are a UK based company that started life trading under the same name approx 1998. Due to the growth of the business and our development into providing a much broader range of products we decided to change our company and sell brand new parts aswell as used.

We are a company that now offers an extensive range of high quality  car parts as well aselectronic and non electronic components and accessories for all modern cars for both to the end user and also the wholesale market.We aim to deliver the highest level of customer service and will go to all lengths to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase and in your dealings with us.If you have a special requirement or would like a product that we do not currently stock then please contact us, we will almost definitely be able to source it for you.

We welcome all international customers. However, please be patient when waiting for your order as all items are dispatched from the UK and sometimes delays may occur. We apologise in advance for any delays and any inconvenience this may cause.

Delivery
At Dewsbury Auto Salvage ltd. We understand that when you order a product you want it to arrive as soon as possible and with the minimum of fuss so when an order is received by us we promise to dispatch it within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Orders received on a Saturday - Sunday or bank/ public holiday will be dispatched on the following Monday or next working day.
We dispatch all items via Courier service. The estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days. Whilst our couriers state that most items will be delivered within next working day. These time frames it can occasionally take up to 3 days. Unfortunately once couriers collect items from us we lose any influence and control over their delivery. We ask all customers to be patient when waiting for their products to arrive. If for some reason you have not received your product within a reasonable length of time then please don't hesitate to contact us at sales@dewsburyautosalvage.com so we can look into it for you. If you require a purchased item to arrive quickly please let us know in advance and we will try to make sure for next day delivery service.
 
International Shipping
All international shipments will be sent via DPD or UK MAIL 'International Signed For'. This method carries a tracking number and requires a signature upon delivery.
Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery. If you would like the tracking number then please don't hesitate to contact us via email at sales@dewsburyautosalvage.com. Delivery times for abroad is any where between 3 working days to 10 working days.
Damage Goods
If your goods are received damaged, you can return them within 7 days of receipt for a exchange. The goods need to be unopened and with all their original packaging. Please contact sales@dewsburyautosalvage.com to inform us that you wish to return the goods and we will send you a returns form.
Unwanted Goods
On the chance you order the wrong product, we will happily exchange the product for the correct item, charging or refunding the difference where appropriate. A handling charge will apply, Please inform us within 7 days of receipt should you wish to do this.
