Right to Return the Goods and to Receive a Refund

(i)If the Buyer is not satisfied with any Goods purchased from Dewsbury auto salvage ltd, Or If you wish to return or exchange any items please email - call us within 7 days, and a full refund excluding carriage will be issued or the exchange items will be sent subject to further carriage charge.

 

(ii) Faulty and damaged goods should be returned to our Returns Department with a letter of explanation & proof of purchase.

 

(iii) Please return items in original packaging.

 

(iv) Goods will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. There will be a handling charge dependant on the labour, packing and delivery charges, This will be upto 25% of purchase price.

 

(v) We will not refund any direct or indirect out of pocket expenses, For example hire charges labour expenses ect.

 

 

1.2 While the Goods remain in the Buyer’s possession the Buyer is under a duty to ensure that the Goods are kept safe and secure.

 

1.4 Where the Goods are customised for theorder of the Buyer, the Buyer shall not be entitled to return the Goods and receive a refund unless the Goods are faulty. Example where a car body section is cut for the buyer ect.

 

The statutory rights of the Buyer are unaffected.
